We are fully committed to be key players in the field of building construction inclusive of infrastructure and civil engineering works, architectural works, mechanical and electrical works by delivering project on time, with good workmanship and total customer satisfaction. We are seeking suitable qualified individual to fill the following position for our major projects. Responsibilities: • Experience in both pre and post contract. • Responsible for site cost contract administration, taking off quantities, site measurement/ valuation, tender preparation, preparation of bill quantities, project claim / variation order and final claims. • To prepare monthly project progress claim. • To coordinate with contractor and site personnel. • Assessing variation works and reports. • Good communication and interpersonal skill and able to work with minimum supervision • Well versed in costing / administration of contract and letter writing. • Computer literate • Able to start working immediately Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma. • At least 2 -3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Able to work under pressure, independently and meet tight deadlines. • Good interpersonal, negotiation and Communication skills, able to interact with project team, Sub-contractor, clients & suppliers. • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and word. • Must Possess own transport. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English • 1 Full-Time positions available. |
