Customer Servicer Coordinator Job Location : Bayan Lepas, Penang & Kulim, Kedah Salary Range : RM 1,500 - RM 2,000 Due Date : 8 Jan 2010 The Company/Job Description/Job Specification/etc... Job Responsibilities: • To ensure error free in house air waybill. • To closely monitor the shipment or escalate immediate if shipment found any discrepancies ( pick up from shipper till delivery to Consignee) • To cultivate personal good working attitude as well as co-workers • Maintaining close, cordial rapport and professional working relationship with internal and external customer at all times • To participate and ensure adherence to procedures, policies and quality system as implemented by the management • To accept any other job responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior. Job Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent. • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field or Airfreight is required for this position. • Able to work independently, strong work commitment, trustworthy, good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Self motivated, able to meet timeline and perform well under pressure • Computer Literate and must have knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools • Self motivated, able to meet timeline and perform well under pressure • Must possess own transport This position is very critical needed. |
