Job Description: - Able to manage, plan and ensure that all projects are within cost, schedule and of good quality. - Coordinate and liaise closely with consultants, contractors, suppliers and local authorities from concept, design and development stage. - Well verse with financial feasibility studies, project planning and management, project cash flow; land development procedures and current authorities’ guidelines and policies. Job Requirements: - Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying or its equivalent. - Min 6 years working experience in property management, preferably in property development management. |
