D'nonce Technology Bhd 51-14B & C, Menara BHL Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah 10050 Penang Responsibilities * To conduct Product Development programme for new ranges of food products covering: Product marketability Product application and cooking instructions Recipe ideas Nutritional composition * To establish and implement Total Quality Management System for each food product category. * To establish and implement HACCP Plan for all factories in accordance with approved safety processes. Requirements * Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or equivalent. *Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in the food industry or related industry. * Knowledge and job training in HACCP and other related accreditation with experience in HALAL and ISO certification. * Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and meticulous. * Can work independently and good in English (both written and oral). |
