-Responsible from Initial Project Discussion to Final Product & Tool Acceptance.
-Establishes Design and Development Plan for Design section & Ensuring to Meet the Customer Standards & Specifications.
-Reviews Design input for adequacy and completeness.
-Working Platforms-Unigraphics NX5.0, AutoCAD 2005, MPA 7.2., MS-Office & MS-Project.
-Performing DFMA, FMEA, & Moldflow Analysis.
-Project Management including Gantt chart preparation, Tracking, follow up& Customer interaction
-Co-ordinate a team of Designers, Tool Room & Processing to ensure proper output.
-Provides constructive concepts and ideas for Design Engineer and Tool Maker on the Product Lifecycle- Design& Development, Tool design& Trouble shooting,.
-Communication and technical discussion with customer Designer to provide innovative and creative concept or solution for their product.
-Liaises closely with customer on all matters related to mould design to ensure that all design requirements are clearly understood.
-Participates in the contract review meeting related to design section.
-Review design change request.
-Conducts a comprehensive drawing inspection for adequacy and in accordance with customer’s specified requirements.
-Responsible for controlling, issuing and retrieving customer’s specifications after order confirmation.
-Resolves quality problems related to mold design.
